As you may be aware the NHS is under a lot of pressure. So that we can cope with increasing patient demand for our services and so that we can continue to offer an efficient service, the test results telephone line opening hours will be gradually reducing.
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them on your NHS App.
The opening hours of the Test Results telephone line are reducing from January 2025 and will be available from 3pm to 6pm.
